Video games as an industry are in an interesting spot in the current year, as the entire industry is going through massive changes while being as massive as ever. While larger studios are faltering and failing to live up to the dominance of games as a service juggernauts, indie games are reaching massive new heights and becoming massive successes built on word of mouth. There's also the looming anticipation for Grand Theft Auto VI, which will undeniably dominate gaming culture and discussion once it releases this Winter.
