‘Thank you for the trust you have placed in me’ – President Higgins delivers final St Patrick’s Day message after 14 years

President Michael D Higgins has delivered his final St Patrick’s Day message as his term in office comes to an end, thanking the Irish public “for the trust you have placed in me over these past 14 years”.
