In an era of permacrisis, what lifts your spirits? We’re interested to hear from people about the small, everyday actions that have bought you joy when you’ve been feeling down.
It could be starting a conversation with a stranger, taking a family walk, doing karaoke or spontaneous skinny dipping - the less expected, the better.
