Teen couple give bizarre excuse after 'torturing girl's brother, 8, to death'

Kara Walker, 17, was arrested on Wednesday for the death of her eight-year-old brother and charged with felony injury to a child. Nolan Stallings, 18, was arrested for the same charge in March.
