Taylor Sheridan got his start writing action movies like Sicario and Sicario: Day of the Soldado, but after writing scripts for blockbusters for a few years, he made his famous transition to television. Sheridan began his work on TV with Yellowstone, the contemporary Western series starring Kevin Costner, which was such a success that it spawned two spin-off series. One of which, 1923, wrapped up its second and final season last month on April 6, but it has since returned to Paramount+ streaming charts almost exactly one month after going off the air, sitting at #10 at the time of writing. The show stars Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, and its second season earned a perfect 100% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, along with a “rotten” 49% rating from general audiences.
