– Shah joins Synapse’s expanding executive leadership team, bringing extensive expertise in finance and a deep understanding of the DME ecosystem to the role. In his new role, Shah will leverage his considerable experience to support Synapse Health’s mission of creating a more streamlined and patient-focused DME process.
Extensive Financial and DME Expertise
Shah brings over two decades of experience in managing global teams and leading significant corporate financial initiatives. His background includes direct experience within the DME sector, having most recently served as chief financial officer at Integra Partners, a DME services company. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in developing advanced analytical tools to drive efficiency.
Prior to Integra Partners, Shah held several high-level leadership positions at American Express Company, including vice president and CFO for global commercial payments (overseeing the U.S., Canada, and Latin America), as well as CFO roles within the Global Prepaid Group and Global Real Estate Group. Shah holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, is a chartered accountant, and earned his undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from the University of Mumbai.
