Sunita Ahuja REVEALS her reaction to Govinda's bond with actresses: 'Dil pe pathhar...'

Sunita Ahuja and Govinda's marriage has been a hot topic of discussion in the industry for a while now. Recently, there were rumours suggesting that they are heading toward divorce after 38 years of enjoying marital bliss. Many of Sunita Ahuja's interviews talking about her equation with Govinda also added fuel to fire. In a recent interview, she spoke about the challenges of being a wife of an actor. She also revealed whether the link-up rumours affected her or not.

In an interview with Deccan Talks with Asif, Sunita Ahuja mentioned that it is not easy to deal with all the link-up rumours. She shared that all the link-up rumours of Govinda used to happen when they were young. But she did not get to hear many and even if she did, it wouldn't bother her, Sunita Ahuja said. Calling herself as a strong-headed woman, Sunita Ahuja also said that "I used to trust him, I can't say I trust him now." Further she spoke about the challenges of being a star wife and was quoted saying "Dil pe patthar rakhna padta hai hero ki biwi hone ke liye.They spend most of their time with their heroines, and not their wives. I really love Govinda from the bottom of my heart and I will always love him." She also shared that she would not let anyone take her husband away from her. "Pata nahi kis ki nazar lag gayi (I don't know who cursed us). I won't let anyone take my husband away from me," exclaimed Sunita. She also mentioned that Govinda should make a comeback to films but also focus on his health.

Govinda and Sunita Ahuja tied the knot in the year 1987. They have two kids - Tina and Yashvardhan. While Sunita has spoke about her marriage at length over several interviews, Govinda has maintained silence over all the rumours doing the rounds of gossip mills.
