How do you end a 16-year Olympic medal drought? If you’re Team USA in 2024, you place your hopes on one man, and he delivers. At Paris 2024, the men’s gymnastics team of the US looked over to one guy. They hoped for this one teammate to end this drought of 16 years of no medals in the Olympics. Stephen Nedoroscik walked up to do the pommel horse, took off his glasses in a true Superman manner, and the rest is history. The streets of US men’s gymnastics were flooded when the members of it had the bronze medal slide down their necks after 16 years. But Nedoroscik was not done here.

Aside from gymnastics, Nedoroscik showcased his versatility by joining Dancing with the Stars, where he reached the finale, finishing fourth with his dance partner Rylee Arnold. The gymnast had signed with the talent agency way back in 2024. What was the occasion, and what was the well-deserved for the agency?

The post attached to the story also read, “VOTED 2025 Boutique Talent Agency of the Year”. Further explaining it, the agency captioned, “We are honored to have once again been named Boutique Talent Agency of the Year by @nfluenceagency!” Smith and Saint are the winners of the talent agency of the year – a part of the Influence Awards presented by the Influence Company, a firm recognized for delivering performance-based marketing campaigns for some of the most exciting brands in the world.

The caption also said, “To us, our boutique size is our greatest strength: it lets us go all in on our clients’ success. We’re proud to work alongside our amazing internal team and brand partners to make our clients’ dreams a reality every day. #smithandsaint.” Stephen Nedoroscik did not leave the comments empty of his presence, he typed and entered saying,  “Omg!! So amazing and so well deserved!“

Not just him, Tess McCracken, a former gymnast who has also worked with the agency, chimed in to celebrate their win. She took to Instagram to share a story, congratulating the agency. “Navigating the last 9 months wouldn’t have been possible without S&S, incredibly grateful to this amazing team of women and all they do for Stephen” McCracken wrote.

Stephen Nedoroscik’s full-fledged return on the cards

After a busy year filled with big moments, Stephen Nedoroscik is now fully focused on gymnastics again. Soon after, he showed a different side of himself on Dancing with the Stars, reaching the finale. But as 2025 unfolds, he’s made it clear: the pommel horse is still his true stage. Rejoining the national training circuit with renewed focus, Nedoroscik is now fully committed to preparing for the upcoming World Championships and already has Los Angeles 2028 firmly in his sights.

His return isn’t just about staying in shape—it’s about pushing himself further. He’s working on tougher routines and cleaner performances, determined to help the U.S. men’s team stay on the podium. Even after his success outside the sport, Nedoroscik’s heart is still with gymnastics.
