The video features the voices of Golden Globe Award nominee Liev Schreiber (X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Ray Donovan) as Sam Fisher and Kirby Howell-Baptiste (Barry, The Sandman) as Zinnia McKenna. It shows Sam coming out of retirement to take on a mission that’s personal to him. Together with a young agent, they must stop a global threat. The trailer offers the audience a glimpse of some of the show’s action-packed sequences. It also teases the connection between Sam’s past and the main antagonist.
Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Death Watch is written and executive produced by John Wick creator Derek Kolstad. The voice cast also includes Janet Varney as Anna Grimsdottir, Joel Oulette as Thunder, and Miranda Raison. It is also executive produced by Helene Juguet, Hugo Revon and Gerard Guillemot for Ubisoft Film & Television, with Guillaume Dousse and Félicien Colmet-Daage serving as directors.
Ubisoft and Netflix first announced the animated series back in 2020. The show is a production by animation studio Sun Creature and Fost.
