Spike and Mike's Animation Extravaganza Rises From the Grave With Two Internet Icons in New Trailer [Exclusive]

For the first time in nearly two decades, prepare to have your minds blown out of your butts yet again. Starting in 1977, Craig "Spike" Decker and Mike Gribble introduced Spike and Mike's Festival of Animation, a once prominent showcase of independent animated short films and projects from young and experienced artists alike that used to tour to theaters, college campuses, and beyond. Now, thanks to Skybound Entertainment and Regal Cinemas, the platform for bizarre and groundbreaking art is coming back, and Collider can exclusively share the official trailer for its theatrical return. Going under the name Spike and Mike's Animation Extravaganza, the event will run nationwide from October 31 through November 2 with two iconic internet animators, Jaiden Animations and Ross O'Donovan,as its hosts.
