The new dates come after a stacked summer of festival appearances this year, including slots at Rock Werchter, Junction 2 and the Portola Festival in San Francisco. Seven new shows have been announced, all set to see them bring their acclaimed three-drummer live show back.

It comes in celebration of them announcing their new album ‘All Systems Are Lying’ – set for release on October 17 via DEEWEE / Because Music.

Dates kick off with a special three-night residency (and approaching full sell-out) at Brussels’ Halles de Schaerbeek between December 17 and 19, followed by two UK performances and two more European dates in the New Year.

UK gigs are scheduled for Manchester’s O2 Victoria Warehouse and London’s O2 Brixton Academy on January 14 and 15, respectively, followed by a penultimate date at Salle Pleyel in Paris on January 16 and a final show at AFAS in Amsterdam on January 17.

Tickets go on sale this Friday (September 26) at 10am, and pre-sale options will be available from 10am on Wednesday (September 24). Visit here for UK tickets and here for European tickets.

To celebrate the new run of live shows, Soulwax have also shared a double single from their new album ‘All Systems Are Lying’.

The songs are the propulsive and driving ‘Gimme A Reason’, which features a cinematic and euphoric sound, and the percussive, intricate and more intriguing ‘Meanwhile On The Continent’. They are two of the 14 tracks featured on the new album, which is set to capture the electricity of the band playing electronic instruments live.

Brothers David and Stephen Dewaele, who are behind Soulwax and also behind 2ManyDJs and run the DEEWEE record label, spoke to NME back in 2022 about the legacy of their ‘As Heard On Radio Soulwax Pt.2′ mix, as well as what it was like to have David Bowie as a fan.

Speaking about the music legend – who hailed their mixes as “dynamite combinations” and would repeatedly praise them in the press – Stephen said: “It’s still weird that we talk about Bowie as if we’d known him but we only met him once. It’s pretty crazy, even now. He was even on the forum on our little website as ‘David Bowie’ asking us questions, and we thought he was someone else!”

He continued: “When we met him, Dave asked him how much time he spent on the internet and he replied, ‘Don’t you see I’m on your forum all the time?’ It seems like such a weird world now.”
