Sleeping in summer can be difficult because, let’s face it, British houses just aren’t built for the heat!

Not all of us are lucky enough to have air conditioning or a top-of-the-range fan and staying cool can become a constant battle until autumn.

For a great night’s sleep, experts say your bedroom temperature should be between 16-18ºC, but that can be impossible when the temperatures really begin to rise.
