‘She-Hulk’ Actress is Annoyed With Other Celebrities for Not Making Everything About Left Wing Politics (VIDEO)

Tatiana Maslany is an actress who starred in the 2022 television miniseries ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.’ She recently appeared on a podcast for the far left outlet Zeteo, which was founded in part by former MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan.

During the course of their discussion, Maslany indicated that she is annoyed with other celebrities who fail to use their positions to advocate for progressive politics, claiming that politics is already in everything.

She even called out Tom Selleck by name for some strange reason.

Christian Toto, the right-leaning entertainment critic, wrote about this at his website, Hollywood in Toto:

The “Orphan Black” and “She-Hulk” alum shared her views on politically outspoken stars in a new podcast chat. She spoke with Medhi Hasan on the Zeteo podcast. Hasan is a far-Left journalist who once anchored his own MSNBC show.

The actress whose Disney+ show ran for one inglorious season, said it’s odd that she’s able to not just speak but have so many people care about what she has to share.

That, she continues, is a chance that cannot be squandered.

“I’m part of a system. I have to speak on it,” Maslany said. “To me, if artists are like mirrors to the world, to society, we have to name things, whether it’s emotionally mirroring to people the human experience, or it’s speaking out, or it’s naming something. It’s such an important, intrinsic part of our job.”

Hasan, wearing a Save Gaza T-shirt, glumly nods along before pressing Maslany about actors who don’t speak out. He specifically mentioned Tom Selleck. The TV superstar has spent decades entertaining the public, but he doesn’t bludgeon them with his political views…

The far-Left host also referenced NBA great Michael Jordan’s famous quote about Republicans buying sneakers.

Not good enough, Maslany says.

“All of it is political. Like, everything is political. All entertainment is political because it has a viewpoint and it has a perspective, it has a visual representation of the world we live in, or the kinds of things that are funny or acceptable,” she said.
