Cover and Critical Role announced a new Hololive Vtuber campaign that will use Daggerheart called Shattered Legends. It will take place in November 2026 and feature four performers from the company alongside Matthew Mercer as DM and Marisha Ray as a member of the party. The Beacon page will feature a Session Zero that lays a foundation and “Cooldowns” after each episode, and the Critical Role, Hololive English, and Nerissa Ravencroft YouTube pages will feature each episode of this series.

At the moment, there are very few details about how the story will go and what we can expect. There is a teaser trailer that featured Matthew Mercer and Nerissa Ravencroft. Cover confirmed there will be Japanese subtitles, though the full adventure will be in English. We also do know the names of the characters the party members will play for the Daggerheart campaign.

The full cast list for Shattered Legends is as follows:

Here’s the Shattered Legends teaser featuring Matthew Mercer from Critical Role and Hololive Vtuber Nerissa Ravencroft.

This isn’t the only Hololive Vtuber multimedia project being teased. Calliope Mori hinted on social media that there will be an announcement connected to her made during the Viz Media Publishing Announcements on October 16, 2026. That’s a bit more vague, so it is unknown if she’ll be tied to some sort of promotion with an existing series Viz handles or some new project.

The Critical Role and Hololive Vtuber Shattered Legends Daggerheart campaign will begin in November 2026, though an exact start date isn’t available yet.
