Shah Rukh Khan ranks number 1 in MET Gala, Diljit Dosanjh bags number 3 slot

This year during the MET Gala, Bollywood's King made a debut on the blue carpet however he was not the only one who lit up the whole place in flames.

Punjabi pop stinger Diljit Dosanjh also made his debut at the MET Gala where he could be seen showing off his culture in a full Punjabi regal. Since then both the Indian superstars are now dominating the Red Carpet power rankings of 2025.

On May 12 The Hollywood Reporters released a report on the annual Red Carpet power rankings of the MET Gala. In this statistics, the total engagement of the event with respect to the celebrity attending it as well as the brands they wore are analysed. The categories which were divided in to fashion, watches and jewellery, and accessories considering which the top 5 female and top 5 male celebs are rated at each event.

It was revealed that Shahrukh Khan dominated the rankings with $ 19 million in media impact value whereas the second position was taken by the elite F1 racer Lewis Hamilton with $ 9.4 million. Whereas India's own Punjab boy Diljit Dosanjh dominated the third place with media impact value worth $ 7.3 million in MIV.

It is also to be noted that this was Shahrukh Khan's first time at the MET Gala blue carpet. In a candidate conversation with Vogue Shahrukh Khan also opened up about his debut at the met Gala, the Indian actor said "I don't know about history and I am extremely nervous and excited. Sabyasachi Mukherjee has convinced me to come here. I've not done too many red carpets, I'm very shy. For me is the first time."
