Other participants include Jon Herrick of the New York Stock Exchange, Austin Reid of FalconX, and experts from the academic and advocacy sectors. The SEC’s Acting Chair Mark Uyeda, along with Commissioners Caroline Crenshaw and Hester Peirce, will also be present, signaling the importance of the event.

The roundtable is part of the SEC’s broader initiative, “Spring Sprint Toward Crypto Clarity,” with the first session already held on March 21, focusing on crypto’s legal status.
