The event will take place from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM ET and is part of the SEC’s ongoing efforts to clarify crypto asset regulations.
SEC Chairman Paul Atkins is scheduled to deliver the keynote address, followed by remarks from Commissioners Caroline Crenshaw, Mark Uyeda, and Hester Peirce.
The event is divided into two major panels:
“Evolution of Finance: Capital Markets 2.0” (2:00 PM – 3:30 PM) Moderated by Jeff Dinwoodie (Cravath), this session will feature executives from Fidelity, Nasdaq, BlackRock, Apollo, Invesco, DTCC, and other financial giants. “The Future of Tokenization” (4:00 PM – 5:30 PM)Moderated by Tiffany Smith (WilmerHale), the panel will include speakers from Robinhood, Chia Network, Maple Finance, Blockchain Capital, Securitize, and academia.
While in-person registration is required, the virtual webcast will be publicly accessible without registration. Interested individuals may also apply to participate as panelists by emailing [email protected] with “Potential Panelist” in the subject.
With leaders from both traditional finance and decentralized platforms, the event aims to foster dialogue on how digital assets and tokenization can reshape capital markets.
