Wine lovers, listen up: Sainsbury’s has just dropped a new mix and match deal across its wine shop, so you can stock up your stash and save.
The supermarket is currently offering 25% off when you buy three or more bottles from its Taste the Difference range, which spans whites, reds, rosé, prosecco and Champagne.
It’s perfect timing if you’ve got family BBQ plans, are planning to enjoy a crisp glass in the sunshine on the weekend or have a dinner party in the calendar.
The offer applies to bottles priced £6 or more, and while there are a few exceptions (House wine, fortified wine, boxed wine, gift sets and anything in a bottle 200ml), there’s no shortage of choice.
Sainsbury’s also allows up to 36 bottles per customer, which is ideal for stocking up your fridge ahead of a World Cup watch party or a birthday get-together with larger groups.
But whether you buy one bottle for yourself, or 10 for your guests, there’s money to be saved.
With that in mind, here are the bottles worth adding to your basket.

Sainsbury's Macon Villages White Wine
This juicy white wine, with flavours of green apple and citrus, is a reliable pick for pairing with fish and chicken dishes, or for drinking on its own, fresh out of the fridge. It’s highly rated by shoppers, too, with a 4.9 out of 5 rating. One glowing review from Rose reads: 'Creamy but crisp, not too fruity with a bit of oak. Chardonnay is my favourite generally, but this one feels a little bit more superior. If you get it on offer, it's excellent value.'

If spaghetti bolognese is a favourite dish of yours, add a splash of this to add extra flavour.

If you’re new to orange wine, give this spritz a shot. Flavoured with orange blossom and candied peel, it's citrusy and herby all in one; that’s a great alternative to a rosé and pairs perfectly with charcuterie boards.
