Rubio visits Israel to smooth tensions after Qatar strike draws Trump's ire

"Obviously we're not happy about it," Secretary of State Marco Rubio said, referencing the strike in Qatar. "The president was not happy about it. Now we need to move forward and figure out what comes next."
