One of the most-watched movies on Netflix right now is Ladies First, a gender-swapped romantic comedy starring Rosamund Pike and Sacha Baron Cohen. Thea Sharrock's adaptation of the French film Je ne Suis Pas Un Homme Facile (I Am Not an Easy Man) has faced plenty of backlash for its presentation of a female-led world as still rife with bigotry, but it has nevertheless proved popular on the streaming charts and even became the most-watched Netflix movie in the world after its debut.
