Riots erupt on streets of Salford after 60 masked youths set fire to cars, build blockades and hurl bricks at police: Girl, 16, arrested for assaulting cop 

Between 50 and 60 people flocked to Lower Broughton Road at around 1.30pm this afternoon, using cars and wheelie bins to block off the road.
