Retired couple's complaint that £35million office tower built next to their £1m apartment makes it too dark to read in bed could see 17-storey block torn down

Stephen and Jennifer Powell are complaining that the Arbor tower, part of the £2bn Bankside Yards development, is making it hard for them to read in bed in their nearby apartment.
