Remake of 41-Year-Old Superhero Classic Explodes Onto Digital After Disappointing Box Office Run

The Toxic Avengermovie starring Peter Dinklage and Kevin Bacon has finally set a digital release date. Dinklage will always be famous for his Emmy-winning role as Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones, but recently, he starred in the remake of the 41-year-old superhero movie that premiered to disappointing box office results. After less than two full weeks in theaters, it’s been confirmed that The Toxic Avenger will arrive on VOD platforms like Prime Video and Fandango at Home on September 30. The film will also receive a physical media release next month just before Halloween, on October 28.
