Rainn Wilson says one The Office episode featured "jaw-droppingly...racist and insensitive" elements. Inspired by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant's British sitcom of the same name, Greg Daniels' American version of The Office aired from 2005 until 2013. A mockumentary series that focused on Dunder Mifflin Paper Company employees, the show has been followed by a recently released sequel series called The Paper.
