‘Putin unwilling to make concessions’ in efforts to end Russia’s war on Ukraine – EU foreign policy chief

European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Wednesday that Moscow cannot be trusted, after a phone call between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russia's Vladimir Putin resulted in a Russian agreement to stop attacking Ukrainian energy facilities temporarily.
