Deus Ex and Dynasty Warriors 3 PS5 remasters revealed at September 2025 State of Play
First up during the State of Play was Deus Ex Remastered. Developed and published by Aspyr, the iconic 2000 action RPG will be coming to PS5 on February 5, 2026. Beyond the expected visual enhancements, the remaster will feature quality-of-life enhancements, controller support, and ultrawide display support.
The second PS5 remaster revealed during the State of Play was Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered. The trailer revealed that fans of the original PS2 game can check out this new and improved version of the action game for PS5 on March 19, 2026. Similar to Deus Ex Remastered, Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered will feature enhanced visuals and refined gameplay mechanics.
When Deus Ex was first released for PC back in 2000, it was critically acclaimed. According to the review aggregate site Metacritic, it received an average score of 90 across 28 critic reviews. Although not as acclaimed, Dynasty Warriors 3 for PS2 had decent reviews when it launched back in 2001; it garnered an average score of 78 across 17 critic reviews.
The PS2 version of Deus Ex is called Deus Ex: The Conspiracy. Although it a port of the original PC release, it does feature some differences from the original, including re-arranged maps and other balance changes. This version is available on the PS Store and is part of the Classic Games Catalog for PS Plus Premium users.
