It is hard for progressives right now. The rejection of the progressive project in the election of Donald Trump has resulted in a few unfortunately dependable reactions. This follows on the heels of a couple of years of freefall for progressive churches. The author here anticipates more bad behavior and fragility of character from himself and his compatriots.
