Rihanna has diverted attention from her growing bump in a sizzling lingerie shoot for Savage X Fenty.

The music superstar announced she was expecting her third child with partner A$AP Rocky earlier this year by proudly flaunting her bump at the Met Gala.

The couple, who began dating in 2019, already share sons Rza, three, and Riot, one.

The Diamonds hitmaker is no stranger to baring her growing stomach in incredible outfits, but she joked she was playing ‘hide the baby bump’ during the shoot.

Pictures show the star strategically covering her stomach while showcasing the eye-catching floral lingerie, posing with her arms and legs positioned in ways that hide her bump.

She can also be seen posing with a plastic garden chair with her back to the camera, while also leaning against a blue tiled wall to divert attention.

‘It’s me playing “hide the baby bump” whole shoot!
boutta be a cheeky summer ☀️🍑 new mosaic floral lace @savagexfenty just dropped!’ she wrote in the caption on Instagram.

Fans still lauded the pics as ‘incredible’, praising the expectant mother for showing off her body while pregnant.

Others flocked to the comment section to share their condolences for the singer following the death of her father, Ronald Fenty aged 70.

The patriarch died early Saturday morning in Los Angeles, as confirmed by Starcom Network News, a prominent radio station based in Rihanna’s homeland of Barbados.

While the official cause of death has not yet been publicly disclosed, sources close to the family indicated that Ronald Fenty died after a brief illness.

Rihanna’s mother, Monica, and Ronald share three children together: Rihanna and her two younger brothers, Rorrey and Rajad.

The singer also has three half-siblings from her father’s previous relationships: sisters Samantha and Kandy and brother Jamie.

She had a turbulent relationship with her father, with reports detailing past struggles Ronald faced with alcohol and drug addiction.

During an interview with Vogue (per Billboard) in 2011, Rihanna opened up about the dynamics between her and her father: ‘It’s really strange. That’s the only word I can think of to describe it, because you grow up with your father, you know him, you are a part of him, for goodness’ sakes!’

She continued: ‘And then he does something so bizarre that I can’t begin to wrap my mind around it. You hear the horror stories about people going behind people’s backs and doing strange things, but you always think, Not my family. My father would never do that to me.’
