Modern Pokémon games have been nothing short of heavily critiqued over the years, with divisive opinions on whether the games should revert to more of their classic style or continue changing and offering new features, like Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's attempt at an open-world format. While there's no way to say for sure which of those options is the right path for the franchise, there are, without a doubt, some features that could use some revamping.
