After briefly losing the top spot on Netflix's global viewership charts to KPop Demon Hunters, the streamer's new murder mystery film, The Thursday Murder Club, has reclaimed its crown. The movie was released last month to mostly positive reviews and instant viewership success. Based on the best-selling book by Richard Osman, The Thursday Murder Club is directed by franchise film veteran Chris Columbus, and is currently the number one movie around the world on Netflix. However, the domestic leader-board is topped by neither The Thursday Murder Club nor KPop Demon Hunters.
