Patricia Arquette’s Shocking Hulu Show Murdaugh: Death in the Family Gets Trailer

Hulu has shared the official trailer for Murdaugh: Death in the Family, its newest crime drama miniseries inspired by the Murdaugh Murders podcast. The eight-episode limited series is scheduled to premiere on October 15, with the first three episodes. Afterward, new episodes will debut every Wednesday until the season finale on November 19.

What happens in the Murdaugh: Death in the Family trailer?

The video introduces the miniseries’ main cast, led by Patricia Arquette as Maggie Murdaugh and Jason Clarke as Alex Murdaugh. They are part of an influential family known for their well-established law firm. Their perfect lives are changed after their son gets into an accident, leading their family secrets to unravel. The cast also includes Johnny Berchtold as Paul Murdaugh, J. Smith-Cameron as Marian Proctor, Will Harrison as Buster Murdaugh, Noah Emmerich as Randy Murdaugh, Gerald McRaney as Randolph Murdaugh, Will Harrison as Buster Murdaugh, Johnny Berchtold as Paul Murdaugh, and more.

Murdaugh: Death in the Family is created by Erin Lee Carr and showrunner Michael D. Fuller. In addition to leading the cast, Arquette and Clarke are also executive producing alongside Nick Antosca, Alex Hedlund, Mandy Matney, David Moses, Bill Johnson, and Steven Piet. The latter also directed multiple episodes of the series.
