Paramount, State AGs Brush Off Warner Bros. Merger Settlement Concerns, Say Deal Is 'Reasonable Compromise' Negotiated at 'Arm's Length'

Paramount and 12 state attorneys general are pushing back against Sen. Corey Booker and the Block the Merger coalition's concerns about their Warner Bros. merger settlement. "The Decree was vigorously negotiated at arm's length between Paramount Skydance Corporation and Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. and experiencedcounsel from twelve separate sovereigns," the parties said in a Monday court filing.
