Operation Raise the Colours ‘a bunch of nonces’, council leader says

The Labour leader of Hertsmere Borough Council, Jeremy Newmark, has described Operation Raise the Colours as “an attempt by a bunch of criminals, extremists [and] nonces to hijack our national flag”.
