The Partridge Family and The Brady Bunch. Two wholesome, fun 1970s TV families. One is a single-parent family, where Shirley Partridge (Shirley Jones) and her 5 children form a musical act called, appropriately enough, The Partridge Family. The other is a blended family: a man, Mike Brady (Robert Reed), with three boys meets a woman, Carol Martin (Florence Henderson), who has three girls, the youngest one in curls, and that’s the way they became the Brady Bunch. They not only competed on air (on the same station, ABC, no less), but in music stores across the country. But whose discography is groovier?
