One of the last people to see Kristin Smart alive demands murderer finally reveal body's location after after 'meritless' legal bid

Paul Flores, 48, was convicted in October 2022 of the first-degree murder of Kristin Smart, a 19-year-old freshman at Cal Poly Tech who vanished without a trace in May 1996.
