The Rainmaker is one of John Grisham's most popular and beloved novels and was adapted into a 1997 movie of the same name starring Matt Damon. The legal drama saw law graduate Randy Baylor take on a fraudulent insurance company in a case worth millions of dollars. The Rainmaker had a strong cast and tight script, and though it was not a box-office success, it's regarded as one of the best Grisham adaptations. And now, a TV adaptation is set to release on USA Network, with The Rainmaker trailer dropping yesterday.
