One dead and ‘body parts in road’ after ‘car bomb’ explodes at Palm Springs IVF lab & cops probe ‘act of terror’

AN EXPLOSION at a fertility clinic in Palm Springs has left one dead as cops probe the possible act of terrorism.

Footage from the scene shows debris and broken glass strewn over the street in front of the obliterated building.

The terrifying blast destroyed the clinic and was reportedly heard as far away as Desert Hot Springs.

Horrified residents posted about the explosion on social media, claiming they had seen “body parts” at the scene.

A representative from the Palm Springs Police Department, William Hutchinson, said the blast was caused by a bomb in or near a vehicle parked at the building.

A Palm Springs Police Department official added: “We’ve got a vehicle that appears to have exploded.

“It appears that we have a deceased person.

“Everything’s in question whether this is an act of terrorism, or what it is.”
