Easily one of the most shocking news stories of last year was the confirmation that a fourth Mummy movie starring Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz was officially happening. The new installment comes nearly 20 years after the franchise's most divisive installment, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, and not only has it also been confirmed that John Hannah will reprise his fan-favorite role, but the long-awaited sequel already has a dynamite duo of directors attached to helm the project. Matt Bettinelli-Oplin and Tyler Gillett, best known as the directing team Radio Silence, will direct the project after a wildly successful run that includes both Ready or Not films, the fifth and sixth Scream movies, and Abigail.
