Oblivion Remastered: Should You Help Or Report Glarthir In Paranoia?

The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered is full of eccentric characters, but few are as off-kilter as Glarthir. Found in the city of Skingrad, Glarthir is clearly prone to imagining conspiracies around every corner. This trait is reflected in the name of the quest you can acquire from him — "Paranoia" — but despite his obviously skewed view of the world, there's always the possibility that some of his suspicions could be justified.
