NYC nursing home resident beaten to death by 95-year-old dementia patient ID'd as Holocaust survivor

Nina Kravtsov, 89, was mortally injured when a 95-year-old woman allegedly bludgeoned her with a metal wheelchair piece just after 10 p.m. Sunday inside the Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on West 29th Street near Surf Avenue, according to cops and law enforcement sources.
