NY mulls making a pitch to bring Winter Olympics back to site of 'Miracle on Ice,' NYC

Gov. Kathy Hochul announced the formation of an exploratory committee Monday that's expected to decide whether or not make a go at bringing the winter Olympiad back to New York for the first time since 1980.
