NTSB describes 'scary' turbulence on Delta flight that left 18 people hospitalized

The National Transportation Safety Board said passengers who didn't fasten their seatbelts on a Delta Air Lines flight to Europe suffered 2.5 minutes of turbulence while being violently thrown into the ceiling and back down to the floor.
