There will be one less elite prospect available in the 2025 WNBA draft.
Olivia Miles, who was the projected No. 2 pick, will forgo the draft and enter the NCAA’s transfer portal, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported on Monday.
The five-foot-10 guard averaged 15.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 5.8 assists during her fourth season with Notre Dame in 2024-25.
Miles, 22, helped lead the Fighting Irish to the Sweet 16 in the women’s NCAA tournament, where they ultimately lost 71-62 to TCU on Saturday.
Next season will be Miles’ final year of college eligibility.
