Nobody Wants This Season 2 Trailer: Kristen Bell & Adam Brody Netflix Show Returns

Netflix has shared the official trailer for Nobody Wants This Season 2, the next installment of the acclaimed romantic comedy. The series is scheduled to make its return on October 23 with ten new episodes.

What happens in the Nobody Wants This Season 2 trailer?

The video features Kristen Bell‘s Joanne and Adam Brody‘s Noah as they navigate the next phase of their relationship. It teases some of the issues they must face together to make their relationship work, including dealing with how their different religious views will affect their future. The trailer also offers a glimpse of the guest star appearances from Seth Rogen and Leighton Meester.

Nobody Wants This is created and executive-produced by Erin Foster, with Bruce Eric Kaplan and Jenni Konner serving as showrunners. The show also stars Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons, Jackie Tohn, Stephanie Faracy, Michael Hitchcock, Tovah Feldshuh, Paul Ben-Victor, Emily Arlook, Sherry Cola, and Shiloh Berman. Besides Rogen and Meester, Season 2 will also feature guest stars Kate Berlant, Miles Fowler, Alex Karpovsky, and Arian Moayed. It is executive-produced by Bell, Kaplan, Konner, Steven Levitan, Sara Foster, Danielle Stokdyk, Jeff Morton, Nora Silver, and Oly Obst.

The last time we saw agnostic podcast host Joanne and unconventional (hot) rabbi Noah, their unmatched chemistry surprised everyone in their lives, including her sister Morgan, his brother Sasha, and sister-in-law Esther, and even themselves,” reads the show’s synopsis. “Their spark proved stronger than all of the obstacles trying to keep them apart. Now, they’re back and fully committed to merging their lives – and loved ones – together. But their differences still exist and can’t be ignored. The challenge now is not just falling in love against all odds, but staying together in spite of them.”
