PHILADELPHIA, Saturday, March 11. The Bulletin of this city has the following special dispatch: WASHINGTON, Saturday, March 11. A letter dated Wilmington, March 6, was received here, to-day, in which it is stated, in positive terms, that a scout from SHERMAN's army had reached Gen. TERRY's headquarters, who left our forces in the occupation of Cheraw, South Carolina, the terminus of the Cheraw and Darlington Railroad but a very few miles from North Carolina.
