Netflix's Assassin’s Creed live-action begins filming after revealing ancient Rome setting and more cast

Netflix’s Assassin’s Creed live-action series, based on the popular video game franchise of the same name, has officially begun filming. Production started in March 2026 in Rome, Italy.
