The film was the most-watched Netflix movie of 2026 until the start of March, when the premiere of War Machine. The Alan Ritchson-led sci-fi blockbuster brought in millions of views during its first few days on streaming, setting up a gap that will be tough for any competitor to close this year. Netflix is also in the middle of one of its most anticipated TV returns, One Piece, the live-action series based on the popular anime that’s been around for years.
