Netflix Officially Loses Russell Crowe's 10/10 'Rocky' Replacement

It’s the month of Russell Crowe, who has two new movies out — one is playing in theaters and the other is on Netflix. His theatrical feature, The Weight, happens to be his best-reviewed movie in nearly three decades. Crowe’s Netflix movie, on the other hand, has been widely panned by critics. That said, the movie in question, Unabomber, is currently the number-one hit globally on Netflix. Crowe has had quite the journey, having been earmarked for stardom early in his career, living up to that potential, and then pivoting to playing character roles. At the peak of his success, however, Crowe was delivering not only box-office hits, but also acclaimed gems. He was on a particularly brilliant streak in the late 1990s and the early 2000s, and his most overlooked critical darling from that time was streaming on Netflix until the end of October.
