Nathan Fillion is still going strong as John Nolan in The Rookie, but he's also set to join a very different kind of cop show coming to HBO Max in August. Nathan Fillion has had some great movies and shows over the years, from his fan-favorite characters on Firefly and Buffy the Vampire Slayer to more recent hits like Superman 2025 and A Series of Unfortunate Events. Few of Fillion's roles, however, can compare to The Rookie.
