Crunchyroll's My Dress-Up Darling avoided significant issues for the majority of its two seasons so far, in terms of controversy. The story of Wakana Gojo and Marin Kitagawa's slow-burn romance, expertly animated by CloverWorks, mostly ran into typical mild fanservice concerns. But the season 2 finale left a bad taste in fans' mouths, with no confirmation yet for season 3.
